Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We have a 14-day return to exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for in person/online/phone orders for all products except products on Final Sale. We offer the option to return for store credit only on items that are unworn and unused. There will be no returns or exchanges on swimwear items which have had tags and or lining removed, or if the item has been worn. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

 

To start a return for store credit, you can contact us at customerservice@sunpatrolswimwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be issued a store credit which you can use at any time to make a future purchase. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued and emailed a gift card in the amount of your purchase.

 

All Sale items and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on items listed On Sale.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
